What: We will have an open ended discussion about resiliency and mindfulness meditation followed by breathing techniques for stress management. We will end the seminar with a mindfulness meditation session using breath as our focus or anchor. 

There are 20 seats available. You are welcome to bring your own cushion, otherwise we have some available. Please bring a water bottle, dress for comfort and relaxation.

When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future."
