This is a very high volume with moderate intensity program.
This program has two purposes. Its first purpose is used as a test of sorts. If you do this program first you will identify all of your weaknesses very quickly. The second purpose is a retest, once you've worked on your weaknesses.
This program targets all areas of movement and energy systems necessary for improving your PST times and overall preparation for BUDs.
At the completion of this phase you will either go back to hypertrophy or begin targeting specific shortfalls in your performance like your run times, swim times, pull-ups, etc.
