BUDs / PJ / CTT Test and Prep Program
This is a very high volume with moderate intensity program.
This program has two purposes. Its first purpose is used as a test of sorts. If you do this program first you will identify all of your weaknesses very quickly. The second purpose is a retest, once you've worked on your weaknesses.
Because of the similar qualifications for CTT and the PJ pipeline (especially in the pool) this is the program I would use for those two Air Force pipelines.
This program targets all areas of movement and energy systems necessary for improving your PST times and overall preparation for BUDs, PJ, and CTT.
At the completion of this phase you will either go back to hypertrophy or begin targeting specific shortfalls in your performance like your run times, swim times, pull-ups, etc.
