6 week supplemental program designed to train the necessary speed aspect of push ups for a physical screening test in military, law enforcement, and fire.  

Complete this program 2-3 times a week after a solid warm up and prior to resistance or extended aerobic training.  Think of it more as a dynamic warm up, prior to intense training.  

Use a sling-shot if you need to.  "Need" is defined as either completing the reps or maintaining your desired speed; or both.
