Strength Training Program

Moderate Volume with moderate / high intensities.  

8 week program designed to follow my hypertrophy program to develop strength endurance and sub maximal strength for sports and the tactual space. 

Power/Speed Training Program

Low volume with low intensity.  

5 week program designed to be used after my strength program. 

The focus is maximise velocity with sub maximal intensity. 

Comprehensive Aerobic "running" Program - Phase1

Best used for beginners, coming off of shin splints, or for managing increased cardiovascular output during moderate to intense resistance training.
