Pull Up Training Program
6 week supplemental program designed to improve your pull ups by developing overall back strength, grip strength, and strength endurance.
This program is to be done as the primary focus. If you need to complete more pull ups than you need a stronger back. I would urge you to not add a bunch of aerobic work to this program. I would focus on moderate aerobic work and improving my training skills. For example: keep working on your swim mechanics while using this program.
